Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Arrange the meatballs on the tray, leaving space between each one. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
While the meatballs are baking, combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce begins to thicken. Remove from the heat—it will continue to thicken slightly as it cools.
Once the meatballs are done, pour the sauce over them and serve on a bed of rice with steamed Asian greens. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra flavour and crunch.
