  • What are you store hours?

Our physical store is open 8am - 7pm 7 days a week, and our online store is always open!


Please note that these hours will differ on public holidays. Check our Facebook here for updates.

  • When will you reply to my email?

During the hours of 9am - 4pm our team is regularly monitoring emails. As our team are busy crafting gift baskets and serving customers, there may be a delay in response. If your matter is urgent, please phone us on 09 291 9364.

  • Can I create a custom Gift Basket?

Of course! We suggest looking at our website to see if there is something similar to your vision to get underway, and send that to use with your budget and a brief of what you're wanting to create.


Phone us at 09 291 9364 or email us info@paddocktopantry.co.nz at least 48 hours before delivery time with what you would like and we will get back to you asap with a price and your options. If you're looking for a custom order above 10 boxes we require a minimum of 1 week notice. 

  • Can I Make Changes To My Order?

Please contact our team as soon as you have a request to make a change to your order by emailing info@paddocktopantry.co.nz or calling 09 291 9364 and letting us know your order number and request. 


We can't guarantee that we can make your change, however we will certainly do our best to accomodate.

  • My order is different from the photo?

We endeavour to recreate your gift basket exactly as pictured, however when an intended product is out of stock we will substitute it with a product of the same type and value.


If you feel as if your Gift Basket is very different from the photo, please email info@paddocktopantry.co.nz a photo of how your gift was received and your order number.

  • my order is missing products or add-ons?

Wherever possible we send the products as ordered, however unforeseen supply issues can happen. In this instance we will try and substitute a product with a similar product. If this isn't possible, we will refund the item and you will be notified. 


  • Can I Select A Delivery Date?

For sure, we want to ensure that your items are delivered when you want them. 

We deliver 7 days a week in Auckland, Sunday - Friday across the North Island, and Tuesday - Friday in the South Island. Please see our available delivery dates at checkout.


We will try our best to get your order to you on the selected delivery date however, as we use a third party delivery service and other unforeseen circumstances, delivery is not 100% guaranteed on your selected delivery date.


We've partnered with leading New Zealand couriers and have worked hard to create a delivery network that's reliable as possible. No courier is 100% reliable, however our partners strive to be as close as possible. 

Gift Delivery - We also run on our premium gifting delivery service which means you can get your gift delivered on your chosen date.  


*Nationwide excludes rural addresses. We can deliver to these addresses Monday - Friday. Please select a date 2-3 days before your intended delivery date for rural deliveries. 



  • How much is delivery & Can I Select A Delivery Time?

Our couriers create a delivery route and schedule based on the orders they have for that day to be as efficient and environmentally responsible as possible. Therefore a delivery time can't be selected and your items could be delivered in the times stated below. 


Our delivery fee differs depending on where you are sending to: 


Auckland:


• Overnight Shipping: $9.95 or free on orders over $150.


Auckland Local Delivery Options (7 days a week): 

• Auckland Local Same-Day Afternoon Delivery 1-5pm. Rate calculated depending on postcode

• Auckland Local Same-Day Evening Delivery 6-9pm. Rate calculated depending on postcode

• Urgent Express 4 Hour Delivery. Rate calculated depending on postcode


North Island: 


• Overnight Shipping. $12.95 or free on subscriptions & orders over $150.

• North Island Local Same-Day Delivery (including Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, and greater Waikato) (1-6pm) Sunday to Friday. Rate calculated depending on postcode.


South Island:

• Overnight Shipping: $15.95 or free on subscriptions or on orders over $150.


Rural Deliveries: Please check our local delivery option for your Auckland Rural Address as we may deliver to your address. We don’t encourage or guarantee Rural Delivery through our New Zealand Overnight Shipping, However if you’d like to proceed with NZ overnight at your own risk, the delivery fee is: 


• Auckland Overnight: $15.95. 

• North Island Overnight: $17.95. 

• South Island Overnight: $20.95.


Local Delivery Guarantee: Delivered by Urgent Couriers 09 307 3555, live tracking is provided, delivery is guaranteed by courier company subject to accurate delivery information being provided. The guarantee excludes 'acts of god' where delivery isn't possible due to natural disasters or road closures.



  • Can i track my order?

Yes, of course. You will receive a tracking number via email or text (for same day orders only).

You will be able to click on the tracking link within that to see your delivery information.


If you haven't received your link, please call our team on 09 291 9364 and our team can update you on its status.


  • I Entered The Wrong Delivery Address, Can I Change It?

We totally understand that accidents happen. Please email us on info@paddocktopantry.co.nz or ring our store on 09 291 9364 as soon as you can and let us know the correct address and we'll update this for you. Please quote your order number when requesting this change.

  • Where in New Zealand do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide with our overnight delivery service ( Please note: We do not guarantee rural address) 

We also have a Same dDy Delivery Service which delivers all across Auckland and selected areas in the North Island (Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and greater Waikato)

  • Can You Deliver To PO Boxes, Apartments And Rural Addresses?

We can deliver to Rural Addresses, however as these take an extra 1-3 days to arrive we do not recommend sending perishable items such as meat. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Apartments due to them having limited access and being unsafe to leave. If there is easy access for a courier and details are provided this could be an option but please call us prior to placing your order.
  • Why didn't my order arrive on the date i selected?

As we use a third party courier company for both our Nationwide Delivery and Auckland Same Day Delivery, we can never 100% guarantee your delivery date, however we ensure the timing on our end as much as possible to give your parcel the best chance of arriving on your selected date.

For Nationwide, Overnight Delivery, your parcel is picked up from our store the day prior to your Delivery Date and sent on an Overnight Service.

For Our Same Day Local Delivery in Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, etc. Your parcel is picked up from our store that same day, to arrive to your address any time within the selected time frame. Auckland Local Midday Same-Day Delivery (1-5pm) or 
Auckland Local Same-Day Evening Delivery (6-9pm). 

Our our of Auckland Local delivery in Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and Greater Waikato will get delivered between 1pm -6pm.

Unfortunately ordering in advance has no impact on whether your order arrives in time, as we always send the orders out with the same process as above. Sending out orders too early could result in the parcel arriving too early for the special day.

If your order hasn't arrived, please call our team on 09 291 9364 and we will investigate this further for you.

  • what happens if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient isn’t at home, a few things could happen:
1. The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so.
2. If the driver is unable to leave the package, we are generally notified and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or the gift will be sent back to us. Please note that there may be a charge for re-delivery so please do your best to choose a date that someone will be home to collect the parcel.

Please provide the recipients phone number and delivery instructions to make sure the delivery driver has the best chance possible to deliver the gift successfully.
