1. Promotion Period: This offer is valid from 12:01am on Monday, 9th December 2024, until 11:59pm on Friday, 31st January 2025 (NZDT).

2. Offer Details: Get $15 off your order when you spend $100 or more in a single transaction (excluding delivery fees). To redeem, enter the code SAVE15 at checkout. If the code isn't entered, offer cannot be redeemed. 

3. Eligibility: The offer is for first-time customers only and cannot be redeemed by a customer that has previously placed an order. The code can only be used once per customer account during the promotion period.

4. Exclusions: This discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts. However, the code can be used in conjunction with the free gift offer.

5. Delivery Offer: If your order total (after the discount is applied) is $150 or more, you are still eligible for free overnight delivery, as per our standard delivery promotion.

6. Online Only: This offer is exclusive to online orders placed via www.paddocktopantry.co.nz and cannot be redeemed in any physical location or through other sales channels.

7. Non-Transferable: The discount code is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

8. Returns: If items from your order are returned, resulting in the final order value falling below the minimum spend of $100, the discount will be invalidated, and the refunded amount will reflect this adjustment.

9. Code Redemption: Customers must enter the discount code at checkout to apply the offer. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed without the code.

10. General: Paddock To Pantry reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable laws.

   • Orders placed in-store or via any other channels are not eligible for this offer.

2. Automatic Addition:

   • Eligible orders will automatically have the free gift added to their cart upon checkout.
   • No additional steps are required from the customer to claim the free gift.

3. Applicable Order Types:

   • This offer is available for both subscription and one-time purchase orders.

4. Minimum Spend Requirement:

   • A minimum spend of $100 (excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or discounts applied) is required to qualify for the free gift.
   • Orders that do not meet the minimum spend will not receive the free gift.

5. Limit of One Gift Per Order:

   • Each eligible order is entitled to one free gift only, regardless of the total spend or number of items purchased.
   • Multiple free gifts cannot be redeemed by splitting a larger order into smaller orders.

6. Subject to Stock Availability:

   • The free gift is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is strictly while stocks last.
   • If the free gift is out of stock at the time your order is packed, it will not be included, and no replacement or alternative gift will be provided.

7. Non-Exchangable and Non-Refundable:

   • The free gift is pre-determined and cannot be exchanged for another product, service, or cash value.
   • No substitutions, modifications, or requests for alternative items will be entertained.
