Unfortunately dispatched on the hottest day of the year and packaging did not prevent the croissants within from thawing, but on refreezing most seem to be doing OK.
Severely underwhelmed that all three boxes received on 19 Feb 26 were USE-BY date labelled 21 Feb 26. Two days is woefully insufficient for frozen items that should withstand several weeks at least of freezing and which we want to use three croissants at a time over several weeks not 18 in two days!
Love the croissants which are otherwise unobtainable in Christchurch, but the dispatch is an issue!
