Ingredients:

  • The Meat Box Agria Mashed Potato Heat and Eat
  • 20g butter
  • 1 leek, pale section only, thinly sliced
  • 8x The Meat Box Pork Sausages
  • Maggi Roast Meat Gravy 27g (1 pack)
  • Chopped flat-leaf parsley, to serve

  1. Heat the mashed potato in a pot for 20mins.  Beautifully creamy mashed potato is ready for serving.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat. Cook the leek, stirring, for 5 mins or until soft.
  3. Spoon the leek over the mashed potato and fold to combine. Cover to keep warm.
  4. Cook the sausages in the frying pan over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 8 mins or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm.
  5. Stir the gravy powder and 1 cup (250ml) boiling water in a large jug until combined. Divide the mash and sausages among serving plates. Drizzle with gravy. Sprinkle with parsley.
