Ingredients:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, sriracha, and ginger until well combined.
2. Place the chicken in a large bowl and pour in half of the marinade (about ¼ cup), ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor. Set the remaining marinade aside for later use.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
5. While the chicken cooks, heat the reserved marinade in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly reduced and thickened.
6. To serve, drizzle the warm sauce over the chicken and garnish with sliced spring onion.
