Subscription T&Cs

Paddock To Pantry provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service through placing your first subscription order, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service.

At all times our intention is to treat our Subscription Customers well, we truly appreciate your on-going custom.  However, as fruit and grocery items, in particular can change in price seasonally, or due to factors like the falling exchange rate we do need to protect ourselves by having flexible terms and conditions.

Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply.

Paddock To Pantry have the right to alter the cost of any product on subscription (up or down) to match the current price offered (excluding any temporary, volume based or regional discounts), less any applicable subscription discount.  Our Free Delivery offer is applicable to subscriptions (consistent with our non-subscription offer, excluding any short-term promotions).

As of December 2023, that offer is:

Receive Free Delivery on all orders on subscriptions over $39. Free Delivery will be automatically applied to all recurring subscriptions. We reserve the right to change our subscription offer at any point.

For non-subscription offers, orders over $150 will receive Free Delivery, orders under $150 will include a delivery fee as applicable. 

We currently only offer subscription on our standard overnight delivery service. It is not available on Express delivery. Free Delivery excludes Rural and weekend delivery. 

Any customer that was subscribed to a fruit & vege box before 23rd December 2023 will continue to receive their 5% discount. If this active subscription is cancelled the discount will no longer be applied.

The minimum subscription term is three orders, after which you can cancel at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account. If you wish to cancel before three orders, you will be charged for three orders. You may change your subscription product or alter your delivery timeframe at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.
