Instructions:
- For the beef patties; add oil to a non-stick large frying pan and when hot add the patties, ensuring there is space between each so that they do not stick to each other. Cook only two at a time to ensure they fry and don’t steam.
- Fry the burgers for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Roughly 30 seconds prior to beef patties being fully cooked, add the cheese slices ontop of each patty.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove from pan. Without cleaning, cook bacon on the same pan to enhance flavour. Cook till desired crisp.
- Assemble burgers using desired amount of toppings, combining all ingredients.
