Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 12x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the room-temperature butter, sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Use an electric hand mixer to beat the mixture until creamy.
3. Next, add the sour cream and eggs, and continue mixing until everything is well combined.
4. Gradually incorporate half of the orange juice, half of the flour, and the baking powder, mixing until almost blended. Then, add the remaining flour and orange juice, mixing just until combined.
5. Transfer the cake batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with an offset spatula. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. For the orange glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, orange juice, kosher salt, and yogurt in a medium bowl until smooth and silky.
7. Once the cake has cooled slightly, pour the glaze over the top and let it set for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy!
