This tender and flavorful dish is created using Sous Vide cooking, which slowly cooks the lamb in its own juices, enhancing the natural flavours and creating a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Whether for a special occasion or a comforting meal, this lamb shoulder is sure to impress and satisfy.
Simple and easy to cook, simply remove the Lamb Oyster Shoulder from it's packaging and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C, or pop in the microwave and heat on high for 6-8 minutes or until fully heated through.
