The Oyster Cut Shoulder is a top choice for feeding a crowd and shines as a slow-cooked favourite. It’s a trimmed square cut of lamb shoulder that includes the scapular bone.
Our Coastal Lamb range is sourced from coastal farms where environmental care is an upmost priority. Our lambs graze on herb-rich pastures constantly swept by salt-laden coastal winds, giving Coastal Lamb its signature naturally-seasoned, clean finish, and tender texture.

Each shoulder serves up to 4 people.
