The fruit and vegetables inside will change each week depending on what's the freshest at the market, therefore your box will look different to the image however it will just be as tasty!

Due to its perishable nature, this product cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Rural addresses.
We strive to source local New Zealand produce whenever possible. If unavailable, we import from other countries to provide high-quality fruits and vegetables.
Please note due to a delay in the production of our Paddock To Pantry boxes, your fruit & vege will be shipped to you in a Meat Box.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Our couriers create a delivery route and schedule based on the orders they have for that day to be as efficient and environmentally responsible as possible. Therefore a delivery time can't be selected and your items could be delivered in the times stated below.
- Auckland Same Day Delivery - $15.95
- Overnight Delivery: free delivery on orders above $150.
For orders under $150, our delivery fees are:
Auckland - $9.95
North Island - $12.95
South Island - $15.95
We are on a perishable network which means our parcels do get refrigerated over the course of shipment and have a expiry time of 54 hours. If a parcel has been over 54 hours since shipped then the courier team gets a message to dispose the parcel so you are receiving any gone off fruit, meat or chilled items.
Auckland Door-To-Door:
Delivery begins from midday after same day order cut-off. Commercial addresses are prioritised to attempt delivery by 5pm, with all residential scheduled to be completed by 8pm.
Auckland Urgent Service:
Delivery begins midday and your order will be delivered by 3pm.
Overnight:
We use a nationwide overnight tracked delivery service which means we will send out your parcel the day prior to your selected delivery date. Delivery of your parcel on your selected date can’t be guaranteed as we are reliant on the Courier network at any point in time. If the address is rural we recommend selecting 2 days before you need it.

I don’t usual give feedback but have found feedback to be a positive thing to improve service. I ordered the fruit and vege box I would say it was a fruit box. The quality of produce was substandard is there quality control checks and is there a system in place of what to pack like half veg half fruit. I understand it depends on what’s in season. I’ve added a photo of the bananas received, the nectarines also bruised and rotten, I got a precut bag of pumpkin that expires tomorrow I just got the pack today. This was my first time ordering as for the ordering process and delivery was excellent just need to improve quality and what’s given out, there are other places that have what’s in stock week to week to give the customer an idea of what they can expect to receive. I’m not sure if I’ll re-order it seems like hit or miss….

We're very sorry that the quality of the food of what you received was not up to standard. Our team is meant to be sending out the freshest produce, and this doesn't appear to have happened in this case. We're following this up with the team to understand what the breakdown was to mitigate and fix going forward.
Your suggestion around having an overview of what to expect week to week is a good one, and we'll explore adding to our boxes as well.

I chose this option because based on the image on your website and the price I thought I would receive quite a lot, but upon receiving it I realised that it is false advertising. This box including delivery costs $51. I thought the convenience of delivery was worth the extra money also, but it was delivered a day late. I receive more fruit and veg from my local fruit and veg co-op for $15. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

We are sorry you weren't happy with your box this time around.
