Food Snob Dutch Gouda is a fabulous addition to any platter, it’s marvelous with a fine sourdough, some fresh figs and a drizzle of honey or use it in a decadent cheese tart for lunch, a stuffed chicken breast for dinner, or just simply enjoy on its own at any time of the day.
Made with pasteurised cows milk this Cumin Gouda has a wonderful cumin flavour, well suited to grilling/melting in a toasted sandwich, risotto or in oven baked dishes
