Slightly thicker than traditional cuts, this pasta is designed to hold rich, hearty, and creamy sauces beautifully, delivering a satisfying texture and depth of flavour. So delicious on its own, it needs little more than a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter, finished with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan.
Made with care and tradition, Bertagni pasta contains no preservatives and no artificial or added natural flavours — just simple, quality ingredients.
