Delicate, clean and beautifully balanced, Aoraki Cold Smoked King Salmon is raised in the fast-flowing glacial waters surrounding Aoraki Mt Cook in New Zealand.
The unique freshwater environment helps create salmon with a light, clean flavour and delicate texture. Every stage of production is carefully managed, from hatchery and farming through to the smokehouse, providing full traceability and a strong focus on fish health and welfare.
At the smokehouse, the salmon is slowly and carefully smoked to complement its natural flavour rather than overpower it. The result is a lighter style of smoked salmon that lets the quality of the fish shine through.
