Important Delivery Information
Hello everyone,
Despite the best efforts of the team, it’s inevitable now there will be delays with our deliveries.
Specifically, due to Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle, NZ Post has suspended Courier Pick Up’s in Auckland and Delivery of parcels to the following areas:
Northland
Auckland
Coromandel
Bay of Plenty
Gisborne
Between the North and South Islands
We will continue to try and send parcels through alternative methods (for example using our Same Day Courier Service for Auckland Metro Customers), but this service to is also reliant on the weather tomorrow.
For all orders, you will have received a courier tracking link, this will tell you where your item is if you wanted to check.

As always, our commitment to you is to do our best to deliver on time, there are simply some circumstances we can’t control.
