Ciabatta is a rustic regional bread from the North of Italy. The name means ‘slipper’, describing the shape of the loaf. The dough is made using a yeasted sourdough process, common to many Italian types of bread. Beneath the crisp thin crust is an open holey interior. Excellent bread for mopping up oils and sauces.
Covid19, in particular the Omicron variant, may mean our production is interrupted.
We have processes in place to reduce that risk, but in the event of a wide spread Omicron outbreak we may be forced to close or reduce capacity. If that occurs we will update our Social Media pages and Announcement Bar on our Home Page.

Delivery begins from midday after same day order cut-off. Commercial addresses are prioritised to attempt delivery by 5pm, with all residential scheduled to be completed by 8pm.
Auckland Urgent Service:
Delivery begins midday and your order will be delivered by 3pm.
We use a nationwide overnight tracked delivery service which means we will send out your parcel the day prior to your selected delivery date. Delivery of your parcel on your selected date can’t be guaranteed as we are reliant on the Courier network at any point in time. If the address is rural we recommend selecting 2 days before you need it.
