Delivery Times
Auckland Door-To-Door:
Delivery begins from midday after same day order cut-off. Commercial addresses are prioritised to attempt delivery by 5pm, with all residential scheduled to be completed by 8pm.
Auckland Urgent Service:
Delivery begins midday and your order will be delivered by 3pm.
Overnight:
We use a nationwide overnight tracked delivery service which means we will send out your parcel the day prior to your selected delivery date. Delivery of your parcel on your selected date can’t be guaranteed as we are reliant on the Courier network at any point in time. If the address is rural we recommend selecting 2 days before you need it.
Product Substitutions
For Gift Baskets: Products included may vary depending on supply. If the intended product is out of stock, it'll be replaced with an item of similar value and type.
For Groceries: If your intended product is out of stock, it may be replaced with a product of the same value and type or refunded to your payment method.
