TO COOK: Add ½ cup cereal to 1¼ cups liquid and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until desired thickness is reached. Try using your favourite nut milk, sweeten to taste and top with fresh fruit.
